You don’t have time for multi-tasking

We often glorify the idea of multitasking and think that it's what we have to do to get ahead. I disagree.

What if I told you that not only is multitasking not helping you get anything done better or faster, but it is adding more anxiety into your life. 

In this episode I will share with you my hack from reducing the stress and staying mindfully present in the moment of whatever you find yourself doing.
