Remember, these have to be specific things
Then when you are ready to expand:

Today I would like to……
EVENING-
I am thankful for…. x3
One thing that made today great was….
I am proud of myself for….
One thing I’m going to try tomorrow is…..
Do this consistently for a month (then keep going), to help change your mindset to help your brain connect new pathways and continually be in a place of gratitude.
