How Do I Get My Body Back?

Today I am chatting with Kath from Fitnest Mama about recovering from birth and transitioning to motherhood, physically. I ask Kath how mums can deal with the tension of enjoying their new baby but also that voice inside that wants to get her body back. Kath also shares tips for the mum who is feeling overwhelmed from pregnancy and birth and is now trying to find her old/new self. We also chat why it's so important for woman to still prioritise their health and wellness, even when caring for a baby. This episode is so much more than just about some pelvic floor exercises, although they are important.
